By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Our products are made with care, experience, and attention to detail, and we commit to delivering a safe and luxurious experience to every customer.

  • All products are handmade in small batches using quality, skin-loving ingredients.
  • Slight variations in colour, texture, or fragrance are natural and reflect the artisanal process.
  • Product images and descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability and based on our hands-on knowledge and experience.
  • Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully and contact us with any questions prior to purchasing.
  1. Orders & Payment
  • Orders are processed once full payment is received.
  • Subscription orders close at month-end and are shipped according to the shipping timelines noted below shipping & delivery.
  • As products are made to order, no cancellations or changes are accepted after processing.
  • All prices are in ZAR and include VAT where applicable.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • We use our expertise and production experience to craft each item safely and consistently but curing time and seasonal scenting require careful timing.
  • Flat-rate shipping of R120 applies within South Africa.
  • Subscription boxes are dispatched 2 days before the end of each month and arrive shortly after.
  • Wax melts ship within 3 working days of order placement.
  • Bouquets and candle orders require up to 2 weeks for production and curing before shipping.
  • Customers are made aware of shipping timelines on our product and information pages.
  • Delivery timing depends on location and courier service availability.
  • Please ensure your delivery details are accurate — we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Products are heat sensitive. We are not responsible for melting or leakage due to high temperatures during transit or delayed collection. Please collect promptly and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  1. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
  • Refunds or replacements are only offered for items damaged during delivery.
  • All damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
  • Due to the nature of our handmade and hygiene-sensitive products, returns for change of mind are not accepted.
  • We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered that go missing afterward.
  1. Allergies, Usage & Safety
  • Your safety is very important to us. Please read and follow all product instructions carefully.
  • Ingredients for each product are listed on packaging or available on request.
  • Always perform a patch test before use to check for allergies or sensitivity.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and using products as intended.
  • Goddess SA is not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or misuse of products.

Bath, Body & Soap Products:

  • Use caution when exiting the bath or shower after using oils, salts, scrubs, or soap, as surfaces may become slippery.
  • Goddess SA is not responsible for injuries resulting from slips, falls, or improper use.
  • Highly pigmented products may stain porous surfaces. Rinse tubs immediately after use.
  • All products are intended for adult use unless otherwise labelled.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • If pregnant, nursing, or under medical treatment, consult a healthcare professional before use.
  • Avoid contact with eyes. If product enters eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
  • Soap is for external use only. Do not ingest or use on broken or irritated skin.
  • Allow soap bars to drain and dry between uses to prolong shelf life and prevent softening.

Candles & Wax Products:

  • Always burn candles on a heatproof, stable surface like a ceramic plate.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.
  • Trim wick to 5mm before each burn.
  • Do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time.
  • Discontinue use when 1cm of wax remains.
  • Allow wax to cool fully before handling.
  • Never move a candle while burning or shortly after extinguishing.
  • Decorative elements (e.g. ribbons, florals, Mod Podge, decals) are for external use only and must not come into contact with flame or heat.
  • Use in a well-ventilated area. Discontinue use if scent causes discomfort.
  • Do not burn decorative wax items unless explicitly labelled as burn safe.

Goddess SA will not be held liable for:

  • Injuries caused by slipping in the bath or shower.
  • Burns or damage from improper use of candles or wax products.
  • Allergic reactions or irritation due to product ingredients.
  • Heat damage caused by leaving candles unattended or in direct sunlight.
  • Staining of bath surfaces due to improper rinsing.
  • Soap misuse or ingestion.
  1. Privacy Policy & POPIA Compliance
  • Your personal information is used solely for order processing and, if you choose email marketing.
  • We are compliant with South Africa’s POPIA regulations.
  • Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.
  • You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
